getting acrylic adhesive locally?

Anyone buy some of the Weld-On acrylic adhesive locally? It is not at most hardware strores.

I had to mail order mine. If you check the DIY forum there is a sticky post that talks about acrylic which includes a bunch of sources for things needed to work with acrylic incuding solvent adhesives.

I don't see Weld-On in the McMaster catalog. They list some adhesives that might bond acrylic, but not sure about the water-tight and aquarium use on them. Is there one you are certain about from that catalog?

I found a shop that has the Weld-On #3. Who knows the difference between #3 and #4? I knwo that the #16 is thicker in the tube, for going over the top of smaller joints that are already sealed with either 3 or 4.

no, i have weld on 4 cement 2 pints (alot) both unopened bought it awhile ago dont think it matters tho?

5.75 for 5oz. tube + 7.00 shipping = OUCH!
