Getting Anthias to eat pellets?

I am going away in a few weeks, and my tank will basically be on automatic, including feeding. I have 8 fish in my tank, five of which will eat anything, including flake and pellet (have new life spectrum and ocean nutrition). The three that will not take the pellet are my anthias, who will eat anything else I put in the tank (mysis, spirulina, Rods, any frozen blend, etc). The are used to eating once or twice per day, and appear very happy and healthy. I do tend to feed a little heavy, and have a well established refuge with pods etc as part of the system. I will be gone 1 week and suscpect they will be just fine anyway, but would prefer to get them to eat something. What are some ideas?

what type of Anthias? many eat smaller foods ..try a 1mm size pellet and let it soak in saltwater till it becomes soft and then gradually they'll learn to eat it in the harder form...got all of my more finicky eating Anthias, like my Purple Queens and Sunbursts.. to take it that way

Lyrtail Antias. Ranging in size from 2 to 3 inches. I have tried the 1 mm pellets and they will take them and then spit them out. I think they are eating other stuff in the tank (pods, coral food etc.) but I an not prove it.

keep trying the soaking method with the smaller size to start....even go a day or two without feeding them...they'll eat pellets and eventually even the larger sizes...my Lyretails and Bartletts were my easiest to get eating everything...all of my Anthias are column feeders which means they don't search the rockwork for food. I don't think they are getting pods or other critters unless they are free swimming ...

Mines eat everything but I feed them 3 times a day. Monkey see, monkey do. Some were just hungry during the morning and took a liking to them. Mines are 1mm and I think that's perfect for their small mouths. Try feeding them pellets in the morning when they're hungry. Just don't expect them to like pellets overnight.
