GFO & GAC TLF Reactors question???

I have a GFO (Two Little Fishes) reactor and doing very well with it.
My questions is can I run another reactor for GAC and connect the two.
Having the pump feed the GFO reactor which would take out the Phosphates and then run the output to the other reactor holding the GAC....
Has anyone done this. I know that BRS has a unit that has two seperate, but I already have one of the TLF reactors.
I really do not want to mix the two together.

Any advantage of running the GFO in to the reactor first or GAC?
