GHL 2.1 ATO question

So I currently have the Smart ATO and am planning on buying the GHL 4 pump unit and am thinking I can reduce some of my equipment. I top off roughly 5 gallons per week in my 60 cube. Would this be too much use /wear and tear o the GHL if I used one of the pumps for my ATO, versus just sticking with my ATO?

Being that the Doser 2.1 has motors that are designed to be ran continuously. I have the original Doser 2 that has been running for over two(2) years in ATO mode, which is still running.
