I've been treating this wrasse with prazi for week. Something is obviously wrong with gills, more specifically is left gill area.
When i first got him:

It seems that sliver of his operculum has gone missing.

Compared to his right gill area, the left side is sticking out a little more, and seems to have more of the white membrane in between the operculum and the fish.
I need help with a diagnosis, because the prazi is not working. Not only that, but he never displayed any signs of shortened breath or lethargy. He also is still accepting food.
Is he sick? Any diagnosis?
Am i going to need to treat much longer to see any results? Does prazi only cure some types of flatworms?
