if small glass, I just had it cut for free at lowes last night

the class cutters that HD or Lowe's sells cuts glass very well.. I even cut 1/4" thick glass just by scoring the surface with the tool. The thin stuff breaks on your line extremely easy with only one pass of the tool to score it. The thick stuff I carefully scroed several times and broke just as easy.
