Glueing Frags

Do you have to glue new frags or can you just place them on the rock??? I bought a hammer and frogspawn frags and didn't glue them and they seem to be doing fine

If they can fit into a crack or crevice it should be fine. If you want to epoxy them try aquamend @ Home Depot, paint section $3/tube.
