Glueing Frags

I have some frags that I have picked up along the way and I want to glue them to some rocks. Which glue is best for this and can I do it wihtout taking the stuff out of the water?

I use superglue GEL and or aquamend epoxy. make a sandwich gel/expoxy/gel/frag then stick to whatever you want. The superglue gets snotty when you just submerge it in water. I would take them out then do the above , then stick to rock, or whatever. my $.02

if you use the aquamend putty you can actually mix the putty then pick up the frag leaving it in the water. press the epoxy into the bottom of the frag and then push it on/in to the rock. the stuff cures in an hour. i like to do it just after lights out so anyone unhappy with my placement of things(my maroon clowns) dont see it till morning when its too late.
