Glueing PVC to Acrylic

I need to repair a fitting on a Ca Reactor and was wondering which sealer to use. I have heard some us Weldon 16, others have said #40. Any ideas what will work best. Also, can someone point me to where I can get it?

I have done it using the "All-Purpose Cement" in the PVC glue section at Home Depot. It says it is good for all types of PVC and ABS. It held up fine when I had to glue ABS to PVC.

Depending on what kind of a bond you are trying to create. Since it is a repair I would guess you might have some space to fill, in which case the weldon 40 is the best bet to use.
