I'm setting up a 75 next weekend and making my current 40B my new fuge. The 75 will be bare. The 40 will not - 1.5-2in of sand. I am definitely putting my watchman in the fuge but would like to do so along with a orange-spot sleeper to keep the sand bed moving. I know, I know, nassarius snails... but an orange spot will move a lot more sand a lot more frequently. Since the 75 is heavily SPS dominant, keeping things moving is important to me.
The 40 will have several rock piles and multiple burrowing sites per pile. They will be the only two fish in the tank. If the group consensus is that it's a bad idea, it won't happen - an orange-spot will do a much better job keeping things moving than my watchman currently though, and that's my main objective.
Think I'm going to have a war, or will it probably be okay with the space availability?
