Goby real estate...

Has anyone had success with building a burrow for gobies/shrimp pair? I want to get a pair and have them live where I want, not build where they wants. Plus my sand bed is not course enough to support a burrow. Any thoughts?

get a big hermit crab shell or 2 and put them in the tank, i just got a bi color blenny and he went right in it, i made him a little thing of shells and stuff becasue all that is in the tank is him and a sponge crab

Bury some PVC pipes in the sand bed and orient the end towards the front of the tank.
