Going Bigger - How should I set it up?

I'm going to upgrade from my current 225 to a 470 gallon.

The tank will be a 3/4" glass 8' x 3' x 31.5" with a Starphire left and front panels to be in wall with the two starphire panels viewable.

Currently have it quoted with an external overflow on the back wall.

Thinking about the following:

1). Two external waveboxes on the right side. After watching Steve's (JarHead's) video with the waveboxes, I think this may be the way to go.

2). Also contemplating ditching the closed loop. Have been running CLs on my 225 for the last three years. Seems like I have a Dart pump problem every year where I have to change out the pump. With waveboxes and vortechs in tank, should I just give up on the CL?

3). Anything I should consider adding to the tank before I order it?
