Going on a killing spree!!

My joes juice just got here, and i got some questions. Some of the aptasia are growing right on the stem of my candy cane and trumpets.
Is the joes juice ok to use in close prox. to coral?

Yup, just not other anemones.

Joes Juice is good but i recommend Red Sea Aiptasia X it has a needle for getting those tough ones and is a great product!

My Gigantea anemone is in the same tank will it affect it?

Read the instructions and apply it very carefully. All of those products will damage corals, too.

I use an aiptasia killer with a needle in my tank (37g). I killed about 5-6 small aiptasia, my huge RBTA never seemed to be affected, neither did any of my other corals. Good luck.
