I added a Tunze nano wavebox this weekend and pulled my powerheads (1x#3, 1x#2) to see if I could run w/out powerheads and still keep my tank healthy. A LFS has a 150g display tank with only the sump return and a full size wavebox running and they don't have any issues.
Has anyone else done this with long term success?
In case it helps your opinion, my return pump is a Eheim 1262 that is dialed back approx 20%.
