golden head sleeper goby

I just bought 2 of these guys about 3 inches long each. I was going to put them in 2 different tanks but for a couple of days just put them in 1, and they are inseperable. They have their own burrow together with their heads sticking out...too cute!!

2 questions...

I heard these guys usually don't get along with their own species and should be in different tanks...is this true? and also, do people successfully breed these types of fish? They seem so happy together but I don't want to put them in a situation where they will kill one another...and lil baby gobies would be cool !!!

Gobies are breedable. By dont get along, this usually means 1 ends up dead. So your's are either 2 females or you have a husband an wife.

Valencienna strigata.Nice fish They need fine sand which they sift for food.
