golden stars and stripes puffer?

I picked up this stars and stripes puffer about a month ago, noticed he had a yellowish tint, wasnt sure if he was going to grow out of it, he has not, ive done some research, and cant find anything on a holden or yellow stars and stripes, could this be his adault coloring, or do you think he'll gtow out?

yes, hoping he keeps it, still pretty young, only around 4-5 inches now

No, I have not, was not aware of that site. He was my first fish into the 300, took a couple year break, back in both feet. When I bought this guy at the lfs, I noticed his color in their tanks, wasn't sure if it was his juvenile color, or if the lighting was funky. He has not picked up any brown shade, and he has heeled well, he had a few marks on him from a trigger he was housed with. I appreciate the kind words, thanks for checking him out

Since the color is on his entire body, I would think that he would keep it. I hope he does!!

Nice fish!! Since it's already 4-5", I would guess that it will keep that coloration as well.
