so I need assistance from the coral family in Orlando. I'll be in the area for the week and would love to check out some nice stores that have coral colonies and frags for great prices. I'm more into sps than anything else.

thanks guys!

idk, I totally respect bagged87blayzer's opinion but I tend to disagree just a bit.

WWC isn't the best fit for everyone but they sure take nice photos. Go there if A> you want to spend a ton on coral B> you want to see coral you can't buy or C> are just looking? Their main display tank is meticulously awesome but, I've always been treated like a stranger, their fish selection is seemingly limited to clowns and cardinals, and there are always like 90 people _working_ but no one to answer your questions. I've left more than once with money left to burn. Just my experience and I'm sure you'll find lots of people that feel differently.

Sea in the City is a really sweet store. They have quality merchandise and fair prices. Their fish selection is always varied and their display systems are beautiful. They know their customer and I always feel like an old friend in their store. I like to shop for exotic zoas here.

Ocean's Direct is an awesome store. If you want to see maricultured SPS or LPS _colonies_ (not frags) for _great_ prices, this is the place. If you want to see LED fixtures of all different styles, this is the place. I hesitate to post this review for fear of the competition at the store... weekends are already a mad house with less than standing room at times. I've taken four out-of-town visitors here and none have left disappointed.

Wwc is not a fish store imo. The prices are high but you can get some unique stuff. As for customer service you must have had bad luck they have some very helpfull people.

Sea in the city has great service. Not really an sps store but I get all my fish from there. Def seems to be better for softies.

Ocean direct I have gotten great service but have not been lucky with there fish. I know they have great prices never really looked at there coral prob always there on the wrong day but when im there I don't see to much.

thanks for all the advice! like I said, don't care about the fish, fish are a dime a dozen. im looking for sps, maybe some softies.

1. large nice colonies for lower prices
or
2. hard to find more exotic corals no matter the size

Sps stick to wwc or ocean direct from comments softies sea in the city usually has some nice blastos and stuff
