Good experience and looking forward to another good experience

I'm seeing a lot of negative feedback on here, so I thought I would perhaps reassure some people.

I placed an order on December 20th, received it UPS ground on the 27th. It was great because they and the carrier were closed a few days since it was the holiday season, but I still received it in a more than timely manner. I was very happy with that. I was also happy with the packaging, the padding, the products themselves, and mostly the prices. The prices were fantastic.

I lost a halide bulb the other night in my tank, it cracked for some random reason, UV nuking half of my tank, so now while I rebuild that half of the tank, I'm going to get new bulbs, and since Aquacave carries Reeflux bulbs, and for the right price, I'm going to go with them again.

Thanks for previous good experiences, and here's to future good experiences.

BTW I'm trying to order the bulbs right now, but it seems the website is down... Maybe for maintenance?

Is there any specific error message that you are receiving?

Hey thanks for getting back to me.

I just try to load either aquacave.com or www.aquacave.com and neither loads in my web browser, I tried in the Library on campus, and it worked briefly, then disconnected, and I tried from my girlfriend's apartment, and it didn't load either :/
