Good or Bad?

I have a white bug in my refugium. Don't know where it came from but I'm not sure if it's good or bad. I tried to get a picture of it but it crawled under the rock and chaeto. I will try to get a pic of it if it comes out again.

Anybody have pics of some bug-looking critters that are white I can compare it to please post some pics.......thanks

It looks the most like an isopod.

I guess that's good since I am treating the tank with copepods once a month through the fuge. I wanna get a mandarin but am waiting until I see an abundance of those
