Im now going for a brackish tank I want sand on the bottom with great drift wood in the center where is it legal to collect some and at what time should I go look? Thank you.

Go to County Dock and wade in the water feeling with your feet. I usually wear shoes or waders. You will step on/ kick stones and branches with every step. Careful of the turtles though. I have seen gators around there sometimes so keep an eye out.
If you go left of the dock you should find plenty of wood from the shore to about 3 feet deep. If you go at low tide more ground will be exposed. Careful of the muddy bottom. You should be able to collect some of the Val/ Sag that is growing on the right side of the dock too. Don't go alone since the area is quite treacherous to wade. It's very easy to get stuck in the muck so it's helpful to have someone to pull you out.

Thx Edge I may go there and take a look.

SMooth Im look ing to fill up a 29 Gallon tall. Do you have something that will that that?
