The text with it says all it needs is a plug converter.
LEDs run on DC so there is some sort of transformer/driver in the circuit. These are usually able to handle various AC flavors from different countries. Similar to laptops.
The downside is the plug converter. They can take up some extra space on a power strip.

Check out Boost LED. I believe the unit is priced at $35.
