Hey Sinaloa - don't sweat it. You're not the only person it happens to. I noticed that MARS member have very short memory, so I doubt anyone is really offended. Just participate in the club, and I am sure you'll get some coral for either cheap or for free.

BTW - your occupation says "school". Are you in college or HS?

Post pictures of your tank so we can all see what you have.

Dude or Dudette,

I don't think you understand. People love to help people here, but you post for the 9th time asking for something for nothing. What is your story, why are you asking, how long have you been keeping a reef tank, and the list could go on and on. I am quite new here myself, but I see this forum and a bunch of folks who love keeping aquariums helping each other out. My advice would be just start letting people get to know you and get to know them. Show up for a meeting or two, and talk to people.

Don't split just yet this is a great place, but asking for handouts kind of gets people riled up.

LOL, sorry dude. I have to agree somewhat with people. Folks aren't going to want to see a bunch of posts asking for coral from someone new... even old if that were the case.

Consider joining the local clubs, socialize, meet people, pick up some cheap corals here and there from people and stores. Soon enough you might even have a little you could trade with.

There's more than likely good deals members will give you, but little free corals unless they're from your buddies.

im getting some new ones on saturday
the ones i have right now SUCK
they are oddysea mh hanging system

the ballast broke twice and now the cord wont turn on a bulb
i dont reccommend them
just thought i let u in on some info

Sinaloa - I would be cautious of Catalina Aquarium poducts. Their product quality are hit and miss like the Odyssea's product. You might want to pay attention to see if anyone is selling a used system.

BTW - very nice setup!
