Got ICH need help

Ok, new to this hobby after being out for 15 years. Much has changed. Anyway, the fish i have bought have all done well in the tank. Found a nice hippo tang and the kiddo had to have it as she wanted a Dori to go with her nemo. Well day later and the tang started having what looks like ICH showing. Tried waiting a couple of days to see what would happen and its still here and now looks like my Scopas might be getting a little of it.

I have a BTA, head of frogspawn, and some red mushrooms in the tank....everything is doing well and the fish are all eating well including the tangs. Looking for treatment options as i dont have a QT tank available. I have read hypo, but how low can you go with the corals i have??? Also read soaking the food in garlic. Any other options???

I dont have a QT yet, but i could go out and purchase a tank...problem is the tang is pretty large. I have a 135 gallon tank that was given to me and thats how i have gotten into this adventure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, tank params are all good 0,0,0. Salinity is currently at 1.024 via refractometer, and temp is at 79.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Your best bet would be to either buy a QT tank or invest in a rubbermaid container. Remove all fish and treat them with hypo in the QT for 6-8 weeks. Leave your main display fishless for that time and the ich will die off due to lack of hosts. Performing hypo on the main tank will kill off your LR and LS, QT is deff the way to go
