Got questions: Fixing acrylic protein skimmer

My protein skimmer broke at where the pump attaches to the body. It was a rather clean break. I want to bond it back using this stuff *SCIGRIP 16 10319 Acrylic Cement*

Any objections? Here is a link to the exact stuff.

The skimmer is an older model of the Reef Octopus NWB 110

"the Classic 110INT is constructed of high-quality cast acrylic"

Thanks,

That will work. You don't need to pile it on. Too much can cause hairline cracks as the product begins to react. Apply a thin even coat to the broken surface and push the pieces together. Hold in place with a little pressure for several minutes to prevent it from pushing itself away. You can touch it up later if it doesn't seal 100% on the first attempt.
