I was at two different HDs asked about the possibility of such promo, they only had the regular 10% off deal. It is unlikely such deal will be offered again or anywhere else, but we should keep asking anytime we are in an HD store. If you are lucky, let everyone know about it.
HD's last quarterly earning was a big dissapointment, it could be the bean counters are testing some drastic measures. In fact next time I am in Lowes I would ask this too.
I am in line to buy some new dremel kit and table saw in preparation for my skimmer mod and possible other work on my reef and around the house. It'd be nice to save some money.
