Possibly Acropora anthocercis http://sdmas.com/corals/8.php.

I know someone is going to say "Red Planet". And here is me response to that in advance; Unless it was bought on a ORA plug or you know it was bought as Red Planet (then you wouldn't need an ID) then the lineage is lost, so is the show name. My 2cent in credit. LOL
 
No Its defiantly not Red Planet. Now as for "Acropora anthocercis" From the site you posted it shows the tips as Red and they are white to start then turn blue, The stem has green but its on the stem where as Red Planet is more on the base...... Thank you for your thoughts though Anyone else have any edea's?

Colors will vary. These are pics taken from the wild on that site.

I am leaning toward cytherea.

Yeah that would be my next guess.
