Great barrier reef on animal planet

Entire sps colonies out of water in tide pools for hours. Even submerged colonies in these pools have to experience large temperature changes.


Lots of other cool stuff, but I just found that interesting considering how fragile corals can seem to be in our tanks.

Good program - but it's by the BBC so it draws too many conclusions to "manmade global warming" as the cause of everything bad that happens on a reef. It's rather good eye candy though.
