I placed an order with them for a CO2 regulator, a 30' cable and a salinity probe for my reefkeeper cause they were the only place that had the salinity probe and the longer cable in stock.

I was mad when i didnt recieve the email or any tracking info from them in over 3 days. SO i called. i talked to someone who took 2 minutes to tell me what happened.
The invoice and tracking was sent to the email that is attached to my paypal ( i paid via paypal) and not with the email i registered online with.
so being that i should have checked that email as well, i felt like a tool. lol.
they were so nice and quick, that i will be ordering from them again shortly!!

btw the order was placed at 8am est on a monday and it was packed and shipped out the same day and is going to be delivered thursday. awesome.

so the moral of the story is check the damn email you have your paypal attached to before getting hot and calling up wondering why they screwed up my order!! lol!!
 
Wish I could say the same, I'll NEVER do business with them again.

Ordered 4 bulbs last Monday, took 4 business days to ship and that was with me emailing and calling. The response I got was "i'm not sure why it hasn't shipped, I let the warehouse know".

Took 7 business days to get my bulbs and I'm 2 states away!

When I finally got my shipment tonight, opened the box and found a lovely hand writing on my receipt that said "ATI blue + backordered, will ship asap"

no phone calls, no email letting me know this! They sure were quick to take my money, but they are damn sure poorest customer service I've ever dealt with for communication!

I urge everyone to go elsewhere!!
