I ordered a set of bulbs from this company and when they arrived, I had ordered the wrong size. I email the sales department and got a response back within 24 hours about how to fix the self created problem. Jeremy emailed me and stated they were sorry and explained how to fix my problem. Everything he said was dead on, they shipped me the correct bulbs and when they received the bulbs back to their location, a refund was issued the same day.
I am glad to know that there are still business that are willing to help their customers after the sale, even when the customer was wrong.:spin2:
