I picked up a frag of green birds nest coral and have had it growing for a month or two in my tank. Recently, i noticed these fleshy looking bubbles that are on the tips of the coral and seem to be getting a bit bigger. I did a bit of searching but i couldn't find much in the way of info regrading this issue.
last time i checked my parameters everything seemed ok:
pH 8-8.2 during the day
alkalinity 8 dkh
calicium 440
nitrates and phosphates pretty much zero
sorry for the bad picture but you can see a few of the bubbles.
