green branching tourch help!

Form the front look ok but on the back branch

Look as if there some skelington showing through cpould it be splitting or do you think it wise to cut the branch of and QT it?

Branches will do this from time to time. Mine especially does this in the evening. If it doesn't look happy after another day or two, it might be worth QTing.
