Can any buddy tell me what these green bubbles are on this frag? Kind of hard to see but i believe they are getting bigger and spreading, kind of weird and have no idea what it is.

Remove them manually. Take the plug out of the system and scrape the bubbles off the plug with a small sharp knife carefully.
Rinse with tap water and put the plug back i the system.

If the algae didn't have time to reproduce and if that's the only one in the system you'll have the best chance to eliminate the problem that way.
But they normally reproduce really fast and you probably already have some other spots with the algae in your tank.
The crab or a Red Sea Sailfin tang are the best to control bubble algae, if that's the case.
Good luck!

Just manually remove it right before a water change.. You will always be more efficient at this than any cuc will. GL.

I just moved my rose emerald to the fuge due to this, I think the co-factor was he started the size of a quarter and quickly became the size of a silver dollar. I also believe he is the one who ate my peppermint shrimp and some of the tentacles off my rainbow BTA....so off he went.

NOT completely reefsafe. i and others have first handedly caught them eating zoanthids and other corals

That's good to know! Thanks for sharing.
The Red Sea Sailfin Tang is fairly reef safe and will help to control the algae.
There are places where the tang just can't reach and you'll need to remove the bubbles with tweezers.
Good luck!

Remove it manually and watch to make sure others don't pop up. As said earlier you have to watch the emeralds they can pluck at more than algae.
