Green Chromis are cool!

Petco around here always has disease in their tanks or the fish are malnourished --I go in to check out selection and their price for damsels is cheap. They have the cheapest dottyback prices at $25 for a neon or orchid and every store on the web charges $65 NO THANKS -if I see one at petco I'll buy it, but most of the time their selection sucks and the fish are unhealthy.

However there are not many fish stores in colorado so a lot of times petco is better quality. If anyone knows of good stores in the summit county area ( i guess there are none here) or in west denver/boulder.
good god man!! there are quite a few stores around Denver! :p

check out:
neptune's (best store, HIGHEST prices)
Quality Aqua (nice ppl, kinda small, good prices)
Keys Island (good coral selection... some nice frags)
Reef n' Pond (cheaper, however no price tags on livestock/coral so you gotta know prices... and be willing to haggle) ;)

you could also check out exotic aquatics in boulder if you dont wanna go to denver...

there are many more... these are just the ones i go to most...

I cycled my tank with green chromis fully expecting to remove them for other fish.

They not only grew on me so I would keep them. I am thinking of buying more.

Love those little guys, they eat up my pods though.
