Green Goniopora help

Guys,
My green guy was doing great until this week. He was transfered to a bigger tank,29 gallon, to 55... All Parameters were the same... I slow dripped him for 2 hours as well...

He did great in the new 55 for about a week... 3 inch long arms... Last few days no extension at all.... And I'm seeing some slime come out a few times a day.... Is he dying??

Any thoughts??

To add, I have 2 PowerHeads in there for movement.....

Goni is on the left side on rock in tank....

I had a goni that did well for a couple of years, and then I moved him a couple inches over because he was getting to close to another coral, and he just was never the same and died 6 months later.
