Green growth on fins

I recently finished performing the TTM on a fox face, but ive noticed three different green algae like growths on his fins. It literally looks like small specks of seaweed or something. I've been trying to get a picture, but so far he has been too skiddish. Any ideas what it could be? I treated with paraguard during his TTM.
