Green Hair Algae Problem

So I have a GHA problem that I can not get rid of. My water chemistry is almost perfect. I went as far as to buying a phosphorus hanna check to check my RODI unit. I have 6-AI Sol Blue units for lighting and 2-72" super actinic blue VHO lamps.

My water temp never goes above 78 degrees. I have Tunze skimmer and refugium. My AI Sols are on no longer that 8 hours a day as my VHOs are as well. I do regular water changes. I try ripping it out manually but it is really stuck to the rock. What I do get off, grows back. I dont know what else to do. Can someone help?

Your getting a false reading on your po4s. Run a lot of gfo and watch it wither away.
