Green Mushroom ID

don't know what it is, and I'm not familiar with mushrooms to even begin. also I notice that about midday when it gets fully extended it shrinks and turns brown. I however found small aiptasia next to it in the rock and think that it could be stinging it (correct me if wrong).

Looks like a green hairy (green fuzzy) mushroom. Some of them, will eat meaty chunks of food occasionally. Drop a couple tiny chunks of krill or mysis on top of it. If it curls up and turns inside out - it's eating!! When it is eating and curled up, it will look brownish kinda like leather on the outside. It should open back up within an hour or so. Then you'll see a discharge within the next 24hrs. That'll be poop. :lol:

First thing that pops in my mind is a smaller elephant ear shroom.

it kind of has a top like a fuzzy, but not so fuzzy.
