Does anyone know...do GSPs sting other corals?? I have some on a rock that is next to some Xenia and now the Xenia is all shrunk up and mad looking and there is some whittish/yellow looking flesh of the Xenia by where the GSP might have come into contact with it.

I have since moved the GSP back further away, but I didn't know GSP would do that. Or is this just a seperated, unrelated incident?

Yes.. GSP will sting other corals..

Okay, didn't know that. How much room do they need from other corals, or are there just certain corals they don't like and will sting?

GSP usually will encrust over just about anything including acropora. You should keep it isolated on the bottom of the tank.

Put it on a decent sized rock and leave it on the sand bed so it cant grow on your aquascape and overrun your tank.

I have a pice of GSP starting to take over the back glass of my tank -I think it looks rather cool -I just hope it dont get out of controll

my GSP has not stung any of my acros they are doing well i never seen it happen
