We are in the process of doing an Air Water & Ice Group Buy.

We will be purchasing BULK DI Color Changing Resin & Reef Grade Carbon as well as other items from their offering.

We are currently getting a 20% discount from them and they will be splitting the shipping 50/50 with us. The last time we did a buy from them we ended up with a 30% discount on most products and 25% off on complete units. Our total order last time was right around the $1000 mark.

This is a great time to replace cartridges, buy new units or get in on the carbon/DI resin purchases.
 
My horrible timing.. I just got a new Typhoon 3 from them last week...
Havent even gotten around to hooking it up yet..

JJ, timing is everything, huh? UGH! You're not alone though. I think there were a couple of other folks who are in your shoes. We'll be working towards a group buy schedule so that we can plan the year and anticipate the next GB. Hopefully we can better leverage our spending dollars as a result and prevent some of that from happening.

A gracious thanks for group buy that looks to be coming together, we do appreciate it and look forward to working with the club again.

The 30% off last time for the group buy was a total error and ended up costing us big time with a few of our larger customers. Problem being is that 30% is the wholesale cut, and obviously this was not noticed as things progressed last time. Thank you for understanding.

I think by the time you end up getting the 20-25% ( :D ) off of the typhoon I think you're getting a better deal/support using AWI. I bought my unit off of ebay (FilterDirect) and we've been happy with it. I think that if we had problems we might not be so happy, but it all worked out for me.
 
Right now we're working with 20% off list. Should we receive any additional discounts they will be listed in the NJRC thread.
 
The aqua-safe is a 6 stage and the typhoon is 5 stage. What is the extra stage? I'm leaning towards the aqua-safe since it's only $105 plus shipping.
