is it possible to grow a mangrove in ur backyard? its almost summer here and i know how mangroves need a tropical surrounding, anything i need to know?
Where do you live? Mangroves can be grown in soil with fresh water but they need warm temperatures and bright light. Maybe you could grow one in a pot with potting soil. Just make sure the soil always stays moist!!
as long as it doesn't freeze or frost where you are the mangroves should be okay. there was a frost one night here in sw florida last winter and some of my outdoor mangroves died.
