Question..
I got a yellow cup and a hydnopora that where in pretty bad shape. A lot of it has died off but there is still some living. The living part is doing great. My question is will it recover the dead skeleton? Or should I frag the parts that are living?

Thanks

Mike

Probably your call, some say to frag it and not chance.....however, if it is STN, rather than RTN it may recover, and would make a larger specimen faster than having to regrow it I would think.

I am going through that right now myself, I had a couple fillet lately and have seemed to stop.......I think I am going to see for myself if the will grow back. I am putting my corals were my mouth is. or as the saying goes.....
