Growth/Feeding Question

I've had my Zoa's for over a year, and haven't really seen any noticeable growth. My water params are all good (Nitrate 0, Nitrite 0, Ammonia 0, pH 8.2 and salinity 1.025). I run 265w of CP lights. I dose the tank with phytoplankton once a week. Im wondering if there is a better way to feed them.

How far are they away from the light? How big is the tank?

My tank is a 90g, and I have the zoa's about 6 inches from the top - so they are pretty high on the rockwork. I have devil's hand, kenya trees and GSP's and they are all fine - scattered around the tank.
