Growth on Hammer Coral what is it?

My coral has some kind of bubbly growth right below fleshy part of coral/on top of stem. It completely surrounds it and have tried google but can't get anything concrete. Was wondering if anyone one on here had any idea.

Parameters are

Ca 400
Mag 1180
Alk 7.8
Nitrate 0
Phos 0
Salinity 1.025

Tank is 6 months

It's a good thing, that head is getting ready to split. Mine does it occasionally, and once I had a huge bubble!

It is a frogspawn and yes they are similar to a hammer (same genus) but they are difference species. It looks like it is going to split soon.
