Grrrrr.... received a UPS Exception notification today

gurnee, il, us 02/17/2010 10:09 p.m. Departure scan

02/17/2010 9:11 p.m. Origin scan
us 02/17/2010 8:21 p.m. Billing information received

..... there goes my 4 48" ATI BLUE+ bulbs...

That stinks but I'm sure they'll make everything right, on the bright side at least it wasn't livestock in those boxes.

Derailment doesn't mean the cargo actually got damage, just that it will be late. I wouldn't be surprised if you have it tomorrow.

Apparently it could mean multiple things from that train and packages being spilled all across a hillside to another train in the area being derailed and causing a train traffic jam.

looks like your right c4 it's rescheduled for delivery today now, hopefully there all in 1 piece

i googled it, UPS seem to use that term for a variety of reason

hopefully it all worked out well for you. now call the shipper and tell them you want a refund for shipping cost since UPS will refund them cost
