gyre tank with video

I finished constructing a gyre tank, after reading last month's article on water flow in advanced aquarist. It's crazy, how massive the water flow is in the upper water column.

It's going to be an SPS tank, tapped into my 120g's sump. It's built using a 33g (36Lx12Wx18H) tank and a 2' plexiglass divider, and four 6" stands for the dividing plate.

Are those 2 MJ1200's? How is this tank working out for you with SPS? Maybe some monthly photos showing growth rates? I'm looking at doing something similar to this for my next tank. As lvreefer said, keep us updated

Have you thought about adding a 1/4 section of PVC or similar to curve the flow up at the one end instead of just the face of the tank to push the water up?
