Had H2O tested what do you think?

I have a newly set up aquarium. I put 80lbs of fully cured live rock in a 75 gallon tank 4 days ago. Water tested perfect except nitrates were .05
Has she cycled? Will there even be a cycle?

Its possible there wont be a cycle, or that it will be very small. I would at least gve it a few weeks just to be safe. COntnue to check the params and just wait it out. Patience is key in this hobby so you might as well start off on the right foot.

I would say that you will still get a cycle. I would assume some small rise in ammonia and nitrite.....most likely a smaller cycle then if you were to use uncured rock, but what about your LS and water....I assume both were new?

To be on the safe side I would wait a few weeks and test every few days paying attention to changes in ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate...

Holding off on live stock but I do have a 3in yellow damsel in there. And a few inverts (clean up crew)

A damsel is still livestock ;) you may regret putting it in there. They are pretty mean and hard to catch to remove.

my recommendation would be to re-test for ammonia and nitrite and nitrate again today, and see what the results are

Definitely keep testing. AT least every second day ammonia and nitrite, and maybe 2 or 3 times a week nitrate. You most likely won't get a large cycle, if you even do get one. It's just better to err on the side of caution, because it is a royal pain in the A** if you don't get it started right.
And I agree with jenglish, that damsel might be a problem later on.
