hair algae in macro tank

For me right now, a couple mollies, a starry blenny and quite a few cerith snails. I still have some GHA but its not out of proportions

What BonesCJ said. Reproducing snails and herbivorous fish are key. Manually remove the long stuff and let the many little mouths take it from there. I'll also add a contentious point-get rid of any hermits. They kill snails, which are superior algae eaters. And there's always phosphate media to help get phosphate under control.
