Hydrogen peroxide dip.

Do a 20% hydrogen peroxide to 80% tap water for a minute. That should do it.
Make sure polyps are closed.
Return polyps to the tank and leave them alone after that.
If you want you can rinse them in tank water after returning them to the system.
Good luck!

Am i suppose to see any immediate changes? All i see are bubbles being released in my tank, is that good or bad?

Bubbles?
Did you add the hydrogen peroxide directly in the tank?
I said "hydrogen peroxide dip"...

Changes vary. The algae could be looking transparent or dead after the dip.
Some times it doesn't look transparent, but it should be affected by the dip.

No!!!! I did not add directly into my tank lol. I did the amount of peroxide to tap water ratio you recommended. Dipped the coral for a few seconds and added it back into my tank. Bubbles where coming from the frag. Im guessing i didnt leave it in long enough?

No, that's fine.
Just leave it alone.
If you really need to dip it again because the algae didn't totally die wait until tomorrow and repeat the same ratio.
Scrape the excess algae before the second treatment.
2 times isn't usually necessary, but depending on the algae, you could dip it again.

Main thing is to kill the algae, that's it.
Remove the dead algae and be happy!
