hammer coral ..

I moved a hammer coral into a bad spot .. took way too much of a blast from an MP40 when it switched modes. Half of the hammer seemed to have lifted from the skeleton. Any thoughts if it will heal over?

Sure all coral can be healed, and some guys and gals have much better success than others. However if your talking about a wall, well than that takes a miracle IMO.

Just move it to a low flow area. I have mines in a location where it's just wiggling, very low flow.

I'd do iodine dips for a few days to treat for BJD which it'll probably get from the injuries if it hasn't already.
