hammer lighting and flow check

Ok, so after this hammers second dip it went into the DT but after a few days it didn't open much, it was about the same or less then the attached two part image. I moved my reef ready light over and after ten min the coral swelled up to what it was at in qt with that light. That's also attached. What I wanted to make sure is if that's a normal response that it likes the light or is it a bad sign. Might be hard to tell due to the angles but before I could see between the heads. The sweepers are double or more in thickness now.

Here is a flow video. Is this enough flow? And sorry about the music added it to cover the sound of M.A.S.H in the background.

I have 2 hammer corals and I would say that flow is perfect would not change a thing!
